These feeds publish when the price moves far enough, with a heartbeat if it doesn’t — one equity feed’s last print was 18:14 UTC against a 20:00 UTC close, nearly two hours early. So the age of the last print is shown, never a predicted freeze time: the start of a freeze cannot be known in advance.
